Virat Kohli was clean bowled by Moeen Ali on the first day of second Test.
India captain Virat Kohli was stunned after his dismissal on the opening day of the second Test against England. English spinner Moeen Ali got rid of Kohli on a duck as he attempted a drive which ended up leaving a gap between bat and pad.
The gap was enough for the off-break delivery to sneak through his shot and shatter the stumps. Kohli couldn't believe he was undone by the beautiful delivery. He stayed there for a while and waited for the third umpire's confirmation before walking back to the dressing room.
The reaction of Kohli was priceless and it attracted the fans on social media. There was also a tweet from the famous England cricket fans group Barmy Army on Twitter.
They joked about the reaction and wrote, "Going to the kitchen to make a cuppa but realizing there's no milk in the fridge #INDvsENG".
Apart from Kohli, India lost Shubman Gill (0) and Cheteshwar Pujara (21) before the lunch break. They had opener, Rohit Sharma, batting for them on a well made unbeaten 80 runs in the first session.
