During the 31st over of Bangladesh’s innings, Mushfiqur Rahim dropped the ball down in the crease near him and called for a single. Skipper Tamim responded but only to make himself aware of Jimmy Neesham’s exceptional football skills.
The Kiwi all-rounder ran forward and flicked the ball with his left leg onto the stumps to sent Tamim back to the pavilion.
The southpaw, who was batting on 78 off 108 balls, was found well short of his crease.

Coming to the match, Bangladesh posted 271/6 in 50 overs. Apart from Tamim, Mohammad Mithun (73 not out off 57 balls) was a notable contributor with the bat.
For New Zealand, Mitchell Santner claimed two wickets by conceding 51 runs in his 10 overs. Kyle Jamieson (1-36) was also economical with the ball and chipped in with a wicket.
