Glenn Maxwell and Alex Carey's hundreds helped Australia to register a 3 wickets' memorable win over England in the third and final ODI in Manchester yesterday night and with this win, Australia also clinched the series by 2-1. 

Earlier England won the toss and opted to bat first but they started off very poorly as Roy and Root got out on the first two balls of the innings in Starc's over and at 0/2 they're in big trouble. Jonny Bairstow and Eoin Morgan counter-attacked and took the score to over 50 runs in no time. Inform Zampa sent Morgan back to the dressing room once again and later Buttler also perished and at 96/4 England was on the back foot.

Jonny Bairstow and Sam Billings rebuilt the innings. Meanwhile, Bairstow brought up his hundred and Billings notched up his fifty. Both the batsmen got out after completing their milestones. In the end, Chris Woakes' unbeaten fifty helped England to post 302/7 on the board. 

In reply, Australia also lost Aaron Finch, David Warner, Marcus Stoinis, Mitchell Marsh, and Marnus Labuschange cheaply and at 73/5 they're in big trouble.

Alex Carey and Glenn Maxwell counter-attacked and went on to smash all England bowlers. And their record 212 runs partnership set the match in Australia's favor. Both Carey and Maxwell got out after scoring their hundreds and in the last over Australia needed 10 runs to win and Mitchell Starc hit a six and a four off Adil Rashid bowling and helped Australia to register a memorable 3 wickets' win.
