Tamil Nadu will face Baroda in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy 2021 final.
Tamil Nadu are just one victory away from winning the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy 2021. They defeated Rajasthan by 7 wickets in the semi-final on Friday (January 29) at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad.
The skipper Dinesh Karthik took to his Twitter account and wrote they are determined to win the title after entering the final for the second consecutive time.
"One team. One goal! ???? The team marches on to our 2nd successive final. #SyedMushtaqAliT20," he tweeted with a post-victory video clip.

Rajasthan, after winning the toss, elected to bat first and piled up a total of 154/9. With 120/2 in 13 overs, they looked good enough to cross 180. But wickets in the death overs stopped the flow of runs.
M Mohammed picked up four wickets, while left-arm off-spinner Sai Kishore put up another good performance by picking 2 wickets in four overs and giving just 16 runs.
During the chase, it was one man, Arun Karthik who slammed a brilliant unbeaten 89 to help Tamil Nadu win the match. They will face Baroda in the final on Sunday (January 31).
