Cheteshwar Pujara is the highest run scorer from either side in this series.
Pujara remained not out on 130 runs and added a century partnership with opener Mayank Agarwal (77) and an unbeaten 75 runs stand with Hanuma Vihari. Pujara was assured of his gameplay and even brought up his hundred with a strike rate of over 50.
His innings helped India end the day on 303/4, building a solid foundation for a big score, taking advantage of winning the toss.
The Indian cricket fraternity was in awe of Pujara’s batting and applauded him on Twitter for his third century of the series.
