India batsman Cheteshwar Pujara's innings in the first innings of the day-night Test against Australia didn't sit well with the Australia fans. Pujara played a slow knock of 43 runs after lasting for 160 deliveries.
Pujara was given catch out of Nathan Lyon's delivery after a DRS. He batted with a strike-rate of 26.88 which the Australia cricket fans didn't like one bit. The first boundary in Pujara's innings came very late. He took 148 deliveries to hit his first boundary, which was followed by another one.

After his innings, Pujara also registered a record to his name. He became the batsman to face most deliveries against Australia in the last 10 years. He has now faced 3609 balls against Australia since January 1, 2011, leaving behind England skipper Joe Root, who faced 3607.
