Virat Kohli was caught at mid-wicket after scoring 89 in the second ODI.
In a series that saw poor fielding efforts, Australia's Steve Smith and Moises Henriques lifted the fielding standards with their catches. In the second ODI between India and Australia, Smith caught Shreyas Iyer to dismiss him, while Henriques' catch sent Virat Kohli back.
Iyer was on 38 runs when he tried to clear the midwicket off a short delivery by Henriques, but got caught by Smith, who put on a brilliant fielding effort on display. Kohli tried to pull Josh Hazlewood too, but couldn't get past Henriques at midwicket.

Virat got out on 87-ball 89 and it also ended India's hope to win the match. They were chasing 390 in 50 overs and were struggling with the rising required rate which forced India skipper to take chances.
India have already lost the first ODI and the loss in the second encounter means Australia sealed the series with an unassailable lead of 2-0. The last ODI will be played on December 2 in Canberra.
