India cricketer Hardik Pandya surprised everyone by deciding to bowl in the second ODI against Australia. He bowled for the first time in 16 months after returning from a back injury.

Fans lauded the courage shown by Hardik when India felt the need to have another bowler. The regular bowlers were going for runs when skipper Virat Kohli introduced him into the attack. 

Pandya bowled four overs and conceded 24 runs with a priceless wicket of Steve Smith. Smith was dismissed on 104 in the 42nd over of the match.
