Yuvraj Singh who is widely regarded as one of the greatest Indian limited overs players announced his retirement from international cricket at the age of 38. The left-hander made his international debut against Kenya at Nairobi in October 2000 at the age of just 18. In his first innings of career, he scored 84 runs against Australia in the quarterfinal of ICC Champions Trophy 2000 and helped the team to reach in the semifinal.
After two years in the NatWest series final, he played a match-winning knock of 69 runs and helped India to chase down a target of 325 runs. He also played a great role in WT20 2007 and World Cup 2011 championships and was Man of the tournament in World Cup 2011.
