Debutant Bilal Asif (6/36) and Mohammad Abbas (4/29) have put Pakistan in a strong position against Australia in the first Test match at Dubai. On the third day Australia resumed batting on 30/0 and both openers Usman Khawaja and Aaron Finch kept on playing aggressive cricket and had added 142 runs for the first wicket before Abbas dismissed Finch.
After that Australian batsmen looked clueless against Bilal Asif's spin and Abbas' reverse swing and got all out for just 202 runs and conceded 280 runs lead to Pakistan. Pakistan didn't enforce the follow-on and decided to bat again and finished at 45/3 on day three with a lead of 325 runs.
