After a disastrous performance in the 2-Test match series against the hosts Sri Lanka, South Africa will look to return to winning ways when they take on Sri Lanka in the first ODI match at Dambulla on Sunday.

South Africa will be without their best batsman AB de Villiers who retired from international cricket in May. On the other hand, Sri Lanka who has been poor in this format for the last two years will be hoping for a better star under the leadership of Angelo Mathews who was appointed limited overs captain again earlier this year.
