India Test captain Virat Kohli is back practicing after being rested for the New Zealand T20I series which India won 3-0 under new T20I captain Rohit Sharma. Kohli will be back in action in the second Test against the Kiwis to be played in Mumbai from December 3rd.
The first Test in Kanpur will begin on November 25th and will see Ajinkya Rahane captaining the Indian team.
Kohli is currently in Mumbai, spending much-needed time with his wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika. However, being the disciplined sportsperson he is, Kohli is not missing the daily practice and during one such session, he shared photos on his Instagram where he can be seen with a cat on his lap.
He captioned the post- “A quick hello from a cool cat at practice.” To which his wife Anushka replied, “Hello billi”.
Kohli was quick to give a funny reply to her saying, “@anushkasharma launda from dilli and mumbai ki billi.”
