WATCH – “Quaran-training,” Hardik Pandya asks his followers to stay fit while in quarantine

India is under lockdown till 14th April to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Hardik Pandya | TwitterThe whole of India has been locked down in the midst of the fast-spreading Coronavirus pandemic that has affected over 700,000 people worldwide and has accounted for over 38,000 deaths so far.

The BJP-led government by PM Narendra Modi, locked down the whole country for 21 days till 14th April in order to flatten the curve of the spread of the pandemic in the country. India has recorded more than 1400 cases with over 45 people dead.

The effect of the virus has also been seen on cricketing activities around the world including the postponement of the Indian Premier League 2020. This has left many cricketers in their homes, trying to pass time and staying fit.

One such cricketer is Hardik Pandya, who was supposed to make his international return against the South African side in the ODI series which was called off. He plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL, who is the four-time and current defending champions. Pandya, along with his brother Krunal has been sharing updates of what they have been doing in the quarantine period.

This time, Hardik shared a video of his workout in his home gym and posted it on Twitter. He captioned,” Quaran-training ???? Don't forget about your personal fitness during the quarantine. Stay fit, stay healthy ✌????????#CrushQuarantine #Fitness #HomeWorkout #Training
