Yuvraj Singh clears the air regarding his acting debut in a web series

Former India batsman Yuvraj Singh on Wednesday (February 19) dismissed the rumours regarding his acting debut in a web series.

Taking to Twitter, Yuvraj wrote: “Just to put some things in to correct perspective with regards to the recent news on me making a debut into webseries is factually incorrect, the web series features my younger brother and not me. Request all my friends in media to take corrective measures on the same. ThankYou.”

Several media outlets on Tuesday (February 18) reported that Yuvraj is set to star in a web series along with his brother Zoravar Singh and actor wife Hazel Keech.

As per the report, the web series is backed by Assam-based Dream House Productionz and Yuvi’s mother Shabnam Singh will also be associated with the project.

Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from international cricket in June 2019. Since then, the 38-year-old is plying his trade in leagues cricket around the globe. While the southpaw played for Toronto Nationals in the Global T20 Canada League, he represented Maratha Arabians in Abu Dhabi T10 League.
