Indian captain, Virat Kohli's craze can be seen in both, real and virtual world. As time progressed, his fan following increased rapidly. Now Kohli is the most followed cricketer on social media.

Virat has over 30 million followers on each platform (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram). He left Sachin Tendulkar behind who has 30.1 million followers on Twitter and 28 and 16.5 million on Facebook and Instagram.

The first foreigner to make it into the list is AB de Villiers of South Africa. The ex-cricketer has 8.5 million followers on Instagram, 6.7 million on Twitter, and 3.6 million on Facebook, the 35-year-old is 8th on the list.
