Indian skipper Virat Kohli motivated his followers on Twitter with a video comparison from his workout. He posted the video which was split into two. One of them was recorded in 2016 and the other from last month.

The post was to show how persistence can make a difference. Virat also wants his fans to be patient while learning something new in their life. The perfection doesn't come overnight, and it's essential to not give up in a short time seeing no improvement.

Kohli's tweet read, "Always take more time to get the technique right before wanting to take the weight up. Same exercise 3 years apart, regular work & constantly focusing on technique has improved my mobility & full-body strength too. So always be patient with learning something new. ???? ????."

No doubt Virat is probably the fittest Indian cricketer at the moment. He has set an example for everyone and also made a massive difference in Indian cricket by bringing fitness into consideration.

Kohli is currently leading the Indian side in West Indies. They have won the 3-match T20I series and will be facing the Caribbean side next in the 3-match ODI series.
