The Indian cricket team has been very dominant against New Zealand in the five-match ODI series which they won by 4-1. The tourists won the series by 4-1. The last two games were a bit competitive in absence of Indian captain Virat Kohli. But India still managed to win the last game to make it a big win on overseas.

The Eastern District Police of New Zealand had roasted their own team. They saw the humorous side of the defeat and issued a warning against the Indian team.

“Police would like to issue a warning to members of the public about the exploits of a group touring the country at the moment. Witnesses report seeing this group badly assault an innocent looking bunch of New Zealanders in both Napier and Mt Maunganui in the last week. Extra care should be taken if you are carrying anything that looks like a cricket bat or ball,” the Eastern District Police wrote.

Kerala Police of India has joined them in pulling New Zealand cricket team's leg. They also tried to take a dig at Kiwis humiliating defeat.

“It is heard that a group of Indians assaulted innocent New Zealanders….. We found that it was a group of men in blue who like Kiwi Juice. They had the cup at Maunganui and is ready for crushing the Kiwis at Wellington, Auckland, and Hamilton,” Kerala Police responded with a meme.
