Big Bash has produced some bizarre dismissals and outstanding fielding efforts this season. Another one was added to the list when Sydney Thunder's batsman Jonathan Cook and Gurinder Sandhu collided in the middle of a run. Cook had to walk back after the dismissal.

The bowling side, Melbourne Renegades was in the mood of fun. They took their time to remove the bails after seeing the batsman down on the ground.

Sandhu was dodging the bowler in an attempt of stealing the single. But he didn't know he was going in the line of his batting partner. After colliding with Sandhu, Cook's helmet was off his head and it took time for him to actually know what just happened.

Here is the video:

Thunders lost the low scoring game after they were bowled out on just 113 in a chase of 141. It was Mohammad Nabi of Renegades whose 36 odd runs made difference in the end. Although, the man of the match performance came from Cameron Boyce who scored 51 runs and also picked two wickets.
