AUS v IND 2018-19: Mohammed Siraj faces the ire of Twitterati after a lackluster ODI debut in Adelaide

A not so good start for Mohammed Siraj's One Day International career as he leaked too many runs with the ball. Siraj wasn't looking disciplined with the ball and he had to pay the price. In ten overs, the youngster conceded 76 runs and Twitter was not ready to let him go.

The tweets against him started flooding as fans were expecting him to come good in the second ODI against Australia after he replaced Khaleed Ahmed who also failed to impress in the first ODI.

Siraj has played three T20Is for India before making his ODI debut. He debuted for India in November 2017 against New Zealand at Rajkot. The Hyderabad cricketer picked just three wickets in those matches and his economy was also not impressive. He has an economy of 12.33.
