Joe Root stunned everyone by dismissing Jos Buttler in a County Championship match between Yorkshire and Lancashire. Buttler was caught on leg slip while attempting a sweep. New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson caught the English explosive batsman to send him back to the dressing room.
The ball was bowled at the leg-stump but the Lancashire stalwart couldn't take full advantage of it and can be seen in disbelief after being dismissed by Root.

Earlier in the first innings, Buttler was dismissed by Tim Bresnan on just 3 runs.
Yorkshire had opted to bat first after winning the toss. They scored just 192 but managed to get their opposition bowled out way under their score. Lancashire was restricted to only 109.
239 in the second innings put Yorkshire in a much better position and the target of 323 looked out of reach for their opponents. Buttler (59) was caught with Lancashire 194-6 at the stumps, 128 runs behind. The team was all out on 204 and lost the game by 118 runs.
