Team India are currently on the extended tour of UK. The Men in Blue started their gruelling trip with a two-match T20I series against Ireland on June 27. Subsequently, they featured in a limited-overs series (3T20Is and 3 ODIs) against England from July 3 and now gearing up to take on the same team in five-Test series from August 1.

Amidst this lengthy journey, Virat Kohli and company are lucky to have a wonderful companion in Jeff Goodwin, who is a bus driver of the team. Jeff has been assigned the job since 1999 and has driven the bus for several international cricket teams.

The BCCI posted a video on their official website on Saturday (July 21), in which they introduced Team India's bus driver with a caption: “Say ???? to Mr. Jeff Goodwin.#TeamIndia's bus driver gives interesting insights about various cricket teams who have been his passengers all these years. P.S Jeff loves this Indian Cricket team. Find out why...”

In the video, Jeff reveals that batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar always sat right in the front next to him. He went on to say that the same seat is now occupied by the Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli, who is quite notorious and often pulls his leg.

Goodwin also disclosed that Yuzvendra Chahal addresses him as an ‘old man’ and how Suresh Raina once auctioned off his jersey to help his ailing wife. He also termed MS Dhoni as a fantastic wicket-keeper.

Jeff Goodwin concluded by talking about his likings for the Indian cricket team and their utmost professionalism.

"I've noticed how the game has changed since my time. Earlier, the Australian team, for instance, would sit in their changing room after the game till 2 am, but now not as much. And this Indian team, I've never know a cricket team as professional who come out of the stadium immediately. That is really professional," he signed-off.
