There are many kids in our country that want to become cricketers and play for the nation. However, every child prodigy has just one benchmark to look up to and that is Sachin Tendulkar.

Tendulkar is a cricketing genius who was spotted at a young age by his elder brother and groomed by his coach Ramakant Achrekar. Making his India debut at the age of 16 and making a lot of noise with his performance, Sachin went on to fulfill his potential and do a lot more.

Sometime back, a user on Twitter, @MMMmishu shared a video of his nephew Hashim, who is 2 years old, playing cricket and hitting the ball with a plastic bat. He also tagged Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni asking for their opinions on the little boy.

Little had he expected a reply, but Sachin Tendulkar took time out to reply to the account and said, “Straight drives, lofted shots, flicks. A perfect modern day player! Great start, #Hashim. Keep playing and keep enjoying the sport. My best wishes to you always. #SportPlayingIndia”
