WATCH: Rashid Khan joins the fitness challenge on Twitter and takes the initiative international

The Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan made 'Hum Fit Toh India Fit' challenge international after sharing his video of workout on Twitter. The leggie was challenged by his Sunrisers Hyderabad teammate Siddharth Kaul. 

Kaul had shared his video of workout and wrote, “Fitness is a way of life. @KaulUday Bhai & Trainer Sagar Bhai’s #FitnessChallenge is accepted. I further nominate @harbhajan_singh paaji & @BhuviOfficial bhai. Also taking this challenge international I nominate @rashidkhan_19 to show his fitness moves #HumFitToIndiaFit @Ra_THORe."

Rashid accepted the challenge and after a couple of weeks, he tweeted the video with the hashtag "#HumFitToWorldFit". "The pain you feel today ,will be the Strength you feel tomorrow . #fitnesschallange accepted  @sidkaul22  fitness key to success ???????????????????????? #humfittoworldfit," the teenager wrote.

Team India skipper, Virat Kohli had also joined the challenge and he nominated the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. PM Modi had accepted the challenge and shared it on his Twitter account. The video had gone viral on social media. Netizens also turned it into a meme in no time.

Recently, India and Afghanistan played a Test match in Bengaluru. It was Afghanistan's debut Test and unfortunately, they failed to make it a memorable one after facing a huge defeat against the number one Test side.
