Bangladesh women's team created history by defeating Indian women's team in the Asia Cup women T20 final on Sunday. India had never lost a single Asia cup tournament before this year.

The defending champions faced a three-wicket loss to Bangladesh at the Kinrara Academy Oval in Kuala Lumpur. The women in blue scored 112/9 after skipper Harmanpreet Kaur's 56 gave them a lifeline. But the runs wasn't enough as Bangladesh won on the final ball.

Bangladesh men team were following the game and when Jahanara Alam took two runs off the last ball, they erupted in joy. The video was shared by ESPN Cricinfo official account on Twitter.

Bangladesh would have won the game with ease if leg-spinner Poonam Yadav would not have picked 4/9. But the effort went in vain as Bangladesh's Nigar Sultana (27) and Rumana Ahmed (23) turned the table.

9 runs required off the final over and skipper Harmanpreet came herself to bowl the last over. Had she not conceded a boundary, the result would have been different.

Here is how men cricketers from Bangladesh reacted:
