With the willow in his hand, West Indies opener Chris Gayle is no less than a destructive force. While playing the T20 leagues across the globe, Gayle often unleashes his demolition job. He is the only batsman in the world to score 10,000+ runs in Twenty20 cricket with 21 hundreds.

The Universe Boss, however, is equally effective if you replace the willow with a shotgun. On Monday (June 4), Gayle posted a video on social photo site Instagram where he can be seen trying his hands at skeet shooting, a recreational and competitive activity where participants attempt to break clay targets mechanically flung into the air from two fixed stations at high speed from a variety of angles.

In the clip, Gayle can be seen successfully hitting the target with two astounding shots.

Gayle represented Kings XI Punjab in the recently concluded Indian Premier League. Initially snubbed from Punjab’s playing XI, the big-hitting Jamaican made a resounding comeback by playing a swashbuckling knock of 63 against CSK. He followed it up with a blistering 104* against SRH and an unbeaten 62 against KKR.

Gayle finished the IPL 2018 campaign with 368 runs in 11 matches at an average of 40.88. He formed a formidable opening partnership with KL Rahul this season after both were released by the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise.
