The second Sunday of May is celebrated as Mother’s Day across most countries in the world. Mother plays an important role in an individual's life and Virat Kohli knows it. He has felt the sacrifices his mother made for his success.

Kohli, who lost his father at the young age of 18, has been supported and motivated by his mother who has played a key role in shaping him.
Not the first time he acknowledged his mother's role in his success. A couple of years back during Mother's day, Virat had said in a video that mothers are the biggest blessings of the god. "A mother's love is always unconditional and you should love your mothers back unconditionally. They are the biggest blessings of the god, so appreciate it. And I hope you all have a wonderful mother's day, God bless you all."
