Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan became the youngest player to play 100 T20 matches recently, at the age of 19 years. He has been an important cog of the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) lineup, which is currently the no.1 team in IPL 2018.
He returned with the magical figures of 2/23 which helped Sunrisers restrict DD and also won the Man of the Match award.
However, things became sweeter for Rashid, as he received wishes from England women cricketer Danielle Wyatt. Rashid and Wyatt have been chatting each other up on Twitter, as Wyatt admires the guile and talent of young leggie; whereas Rashid admires the talent of the exciting English cricketer.
The official Twitter handle of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) congratulated Rashid Khan for his brilliant spell which earned him the top award of the game; Wyatt too congratulated Rashid in the same message thread.
Rashid has signed up with Sussex for the T20 Blast, the same county for which Danielle Wyatt plays for.
