Sachin Tendulkar, known as the ‘god of cricket’, celebrates his 45th birthday today (24th April) and wishes are pouring in from all corners of the country and the world.
Mumbai Police was also not behind, as they went ahead to wish Sachin Tendulkar on his birthday. Tendulkar is one of the supporters of road safety regulations, and was wished by Mumbai Police, who tweeted, "The Little Master set great records wearing a helmet! How about simply following his footsteps?"
Mumbai Police posted a small collage of pictures of Sachin Tendulkar. In all three pictures, the cricketing legend is seen either wearing or holding his helmet. On the pictures, Mumbai Police wrote, "Being worn by the God of Cricket since 1989."
Sachin Tendulkar himself has tweeted previously asking people to wear helmets and seat belts for their own safety.
