Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag is currently working with Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) franchise as a mentor. His role as a cricketer might have changed but the wit remains the same.
On KXIP opener KL Rahul's birthday, Sehwag took Twitter to wish him. As expected, the wish came with a pun and it was the full form of Rahul's name in Sehwag's way.

Rahul turned 26 on Wednesday. The actual full form of KL in his name is 'Kannur Lokesh'. The right-handed batsman had started off IPL 2018 in style. He smashed the fastest IPL fifty playing his first game for the new franchise.
The opener scored the fastest fifty in 14 balls in IPL match against Delhi Daredevils. With this feat, Rahul surpassed Sunil Narine and Yusuf Pathan's record. The two had scored it on 15 balls.
The Karnataka batsman played previous seasons for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). He had missed out the previous season but performed really well in the IPL 2016 for RCB. Fans were surprised to see the franchise not retaining or using RTM on him during the auction.
