David Lloyd is also known as Bumble.

Former English cricketer and famous commentator David Lloyd has taken pitch reporting to a whole new level. Lloyd was seen reporting on various places in his own humorous way. Ian Ward, another ex-English cricketer, shared videos of Lloyd aka Bumble on Twitter.

Ward has been sharing the videos in parts and after Twitter loved the last six, he shared the seventh one.

70-year-old Bumble can be seen reporting on a beach in New Zealand. Famous for his wit, he didn't disappoint the viewers. "This is a real sound surface. Have a look at this. There is a touch of moisture in that surface. The groundsmen, quite uniquely, withdraws water from the ocean just to keep the surface little bit moist. I reckon this is gonna be a low scoring game. You see the stumps, what they do is they put up eight stumps in the south island so the ball gets plenty to aim at. And also this outfield, I am a bit concerned about the outfield. The groundsmen said there is a bit out top surface on it. This might be in the middle of the Pacific ocean," he said in the 44-second long clip.

Lloyd played county cricket for Lancashire and Test and One Day International cricket for England. Not many know, he also played semi-professional football for Accrington Stanley. In first-class cricket, he scored over 19,000 runs and took 237 wickets, which made him a successful all-rounder. He captained his county side from 1973 to 1977.

Bumble has experience in umpiring and coaching as well.
