Ashes 2017-18 result might be out already before series ends, but the sledging game between the two rivals is still going strong. Aussie batsman David Warner has taken a dig at former England spinner Graeme Swann for his TV commentary work in Australia.

He termed his work as 'waste of money' in his tweet. Swann is currently covering the Big Bash T20 League, which has the focus of cricket lovers ahead of the fifth and final Ashes test in Sydney.

Warner mentioned that he was glad to see Swann still commentating in the BBL, as he expected him to leave in middle of the league. Warner's tweet was a dig at Graeme Swann’s retirement midway into the Ashes series of 2013-14.

Here what David Warner had to say on Twitter, “Great to see @Swannyg66 commentating out here. Thought after being 3-0 down he may have left tour early again. #bbl @tensporttv waste of $$$$ from 10”

Swann responded to Warner pulling his leg for the dismissal of England skipper Joe Root, who is a part-timer.

"See you're still only chirping when you've got some runs @davidwarner31 #bowlingRooty," Swann replied.

Amid of all this, Piers Morgan was the one who enjoyed it from far.
