One of India’s greatest limited overs batsman Yuvraj Singh turned 36 today.
ICC 2011 World Cup Man of the tournament Yuvraj Singh’s life is an inspiration for all people. He was later diagnosed with cancer and was found to be affected by the disease during the tournament. It took him more than a year to defeat the disease and then make his comeback into the Indian team.
The only man to hit six sixes in an over in T20I cricket, Yuvraj Singh was dropped from the team in 2014, but made a scintillating comeback to the Indian team in 2017 with a career best ODI score of 150 against England and then played for India extensively.
Yuvraj married Hazel Keech in November 2016 and is currently working hard on getting fit again to make his comeback into the Indian team, keeping the goal of playing the 2019 World Cup in England alive.
