Bhuvneshwar Kumar recently got hitched to his fiancé Nupur Nagar in Meerut. His wedding reception at New Delhi’s Taj Hotel was on Tuesday, 5 December. The Indian cricketers were seen at the reception. 

Bhuvneshwar had taken a break from international cricket after the Eden Gardens Test where he bagged the man-of-the-match award. He got married to Nupur on November 23.

The reception was a night to remember as former Indian cricketer MS Dhoni was also spotted. A video of him in the reception is surfacing on the internet. Dhoni can be seen having a chat as the camera zoomed on him.

Before the marriage, Bhuvneshwar's father Kiran Pal Singh had a chat with Indiatimes, where he told that they want Kumar's teammates to join the reception, that is why the celebrations will be in Delhi, as the whole team will be here.

Kiran Pal Singh said, "The wedding will take place in Meerut and it will be attended by family and close friends. But we want Bhuvneshwar's teammates and members of the Board to also take part in celebrations, which is why we will have a reception in Delhi for them. We are sure everybody will attend it because the entire team will be in Delhi from November 30 for the Sri Lanka series."

Bhuvneshwar will soon join the Indian team when it departs for a tour of South Africa later this month. The Uttar Pradesh seamer will be key to India's overseas success over the next year.
