Vidarbha won their first Ranji Trophy title after six decades. The nine-wicket win over seven time champions Delhi on Monday ensured they created history in the Ranji Trophy. While everyone congratulated the winning team, cricket pundit Sanjay Manjrekar tried to be cheeky with his wish to them on Twitter.

In his congratulatory tweet - which has no 'congratulations' - Manjrekar indirectly said that the win came because of two big names from Mumbai in their squad.

Manjrekar was pointing towards former Mumbai and current Vidarbha coach Chandrakant Pandit and former Mumbai batsman Wasim Jaffer in his tweet. Wasim Jaffer now has nine Ranji Trophy titles to his name.

Pandit had coached Mumbai earlier and has six Ranji Trophy titles to his name before Vidarbha's triumph. He joined Vidarbha and led them to their maiden title, after differences with the Mumbai team.

However, Manjrekar's tweet didn't go well with Twitteratis as they slammed him for his insensitive wishes to Ranji champions Vidarbha.
