Winning series in overseas is still a big problem for Indian team and with head coach Ravi Shastri only listing shopping items and coffee and not the batting problems; things don't look any good.
India has lost yet another Test series this year, making it their third straight series loss in England in Tests. England, despite being relatively weaker side than India managed to crush the Indian team. Crush does hurt, ask KL Rahul.
Many believe Shastri works hard for the team and that is why he sleeps when India plays in the middle. Some even say that despite stumps on any day of a Test match, Shastri never stops taking the drinks break. Hard working!
However, former India cricketer and actor Yograj Singh (father of Yuvraj Singh) isn't happy with Shastri. Yograj, who coached Farhan Akhtar in movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag that Bengal government believes he is the real Milkha Singh, now wants to coach the Indian team.
Talking to Farzi Times Yograj said, "I am here to serve my country. My son who was interested in skating, I made him a cricketer. If I get a chance to coach the Indan Test team, I will kick MS Dhoni out first. He is ruining the Indian team. How many overseas Test we won this year?"
When our reporter reminded him that Dhoni doesn't play Tests anymore and those two innings of him were in ODIs, Yograj changed the topic. He started talking about his team combination.
"If I will be handed over the role of coach, I will make sure Rohit Sharma plays. To give him a positive environment, we will make Nita Ambani sit in the crowd when he goes out to bat," he said.
No matter who coaches the Indian team, but Virat Kohli won't be able to keep his man of the match champagne with himself for sure.
Before signing off, Yograj also commented on Harbhajan Singh's commentary. "Sky Sports should have organized a blood donation camp when they appointed Bhajji as one of their commentators. I mean at least we would have got biscuit by donating our blood which nowadays gets wasted by bleeding from ears," he added.
