Farzi Times: ICC makes ball tampering legal after demands of life imprisonment for Australian cricketers

Australian team admitted to tampering with the ball during 3rd Test vs SA.

Cameron Bancroft caught tampering the ball against South Africa | Twitter International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to make ball tampering legal after the recent sandpaper gate. Australian Cameron Bancroft was caught tampering the ball during the third Test between Australia and South Africa.

Darren Lehman said it was a dream to do ball tampering in his days. He wanted to apply extra hair wax so that later he could use it on the new cricket ball. Though, it wasn't possible.

But Bancroft helped him live his dream. "I can't thank Bancroft enough for fulfilling my dream. Lucky Bancroft, he can apply hair wax as well. But even sandpaper served the purpose," an emotional Lehman said.

More than Australians, people from Odisha were shocked with the news. They couldn't digest the fact that something related to sand doesn't have Sudarsan Pattnaik's name included.

Talking about the news, Pakistan Cricket Board has supported ICC's step to make the alteration of ball's condition legal. They want Waqar Younis to be felicitated for taking the art of ball tampering to new heights. He was the first cricketer to get banned for ball tampering.

The news of legalising ball-tampering has raised speculation of Ashish Nehra's comeback from retirement to the Indian side. He can now be a big asset to Team India for obvious reasons. We may see the 'Afridi bite' on the ball again but from a different team.

Cricket world is talking about the big news and that has also confirmed a rise in the price of candies & mints in South Africa. The production of mints has also increased as the sellers are hoping Faf Du Plessis to order them in bulk.

It is said that ICC had to take this step after Indian fans started asking for a life imprisonment to Australian team's leadership group in Cellular Jail (Kaala Pani).

"We want life imprisonment for the group behind this pre-planned cheating. They should be sent to Kaala Pani," said Indian fans.

When told Kaala Pani doesn't serve as prison anymore, they said, "Even River Ganga can perfectly replace Kaala Pani, it literally means the same if you visit there. Thankfully we never kept Ganga clean or these cheaters would have escaped from getting a harsh punishment. Build a jail and lock them there."

Note: This article is pure fiction and not to offend anyone. It should not be taken literally.
