1) Ashish Nehra's Retirement

Ashish Nehra who is 38 years old, retired from all forms of the game after playing his last International game against New Zealand in New Delhi on 1st November. He has served Indian Cricket team for long and fighting 18 years. After having 12 operations and surgeries Nehra still managed to make a comeback in the shortest format of the game all because of his great form in Indian Premier League. Nehra ji has always put in hard for his team with a memorable reward winning six wickets against England in World Cup 2003.

2) Pakistan vs India, Champions Trophy 2017 Final

The most awaited final of the year was between two neighboring countries India and Pakistan that happened on 18th June at the Oval. Unfortunately, India did not play up to their expectations and lost the match by a huge margin of 180 runs and Jadeja's fault after making Hardik Pandya run out was the top moment of the match and the year as well. Pakistan played a lot better in that game with heroics from Fakhar Zaman.

3) Cricket Returns to Pakistan

After eight years of hiatus, cricket is finally back in Pakistan with Sri Lanka team touring them for an ODI and T20 series. Pakistan marked the return of the Sri Lanka cricket team by completing a 3-0 T20 series whitewash, and this is definitely going to help them in now re-establishing the country's reputation for hosting international cricket. Moreover, a team of World XI was also formed to welcome Cricket in the nation in reply to their visit Pakistan had put up a great show against them winning the series by 2-1.

4) Rohit Sharma's third Double ODI Century

Once again Rohit Sharma created history in cricket after scoring his 3rd Double ODI century against Sri Lanka in the ODI series in 2017. He scored 208 in that match with becoming the only player to score three ODI double centuries with other players like Virender Sehwag, Martin Guptill Scoring only one time in their life. Rohit's third double century was really a precious moment for him and as well as cricket too.

5) Virat Leading India to win 9 back to back test series

Virat also has a tremendous Captaincy record in the test with winning 14 out 22 matches with a win percentage of 63 which is highest for any captain. The test series against South Africa will also be very crucial from India's point of view.

6) Shahid Afridi's Hattrick in T10 league

Shahid Afridi picked wickets for Rilee Rossouw, Dwayne Bravo, and Virender Sehwag to keep his aura going into the newest format of the game.
