SA v ENG 2020: Cricket fraternity lauds Ben Stokes after England levels series with a 189-run win

This was England's first Test win in Cape Town since 1957.

He continued frustrating the English bowlers, while Keshav Maharaj fell for 2 runs to Anderson. Faf du Plessis fell for 19 and Van der Dussen fell for 17 runs. Sam Curran removed Malan for 84 off 288 balls, with only 3 fours in his innings. Quinton de Kock then hit 50 in 107 balls to prolong the inevitable.

But in the end, Ben Stokes picked three quick wickets to remove the tail, after Denly had picked De Kock’s wicket. South Africa folded for 248 runs and lost the match by 189 runs.
