Even after drawing the Ashes series coming from behind, the England team still has to go through the critics of the World Cup win, which also ended in a tie. This time its Scott Styris who replied to a dig with another dig at the World Cup result!

Australia always looked the dominant side during the first four Tests. They had won two, lost one because of a Stokes miracle and one was affected by rain that ended in a draw. After four Tests, they were leading 2-1 and had already retained the Ashes urn. The home team managed to carve out a series-leveling victory in the final Test at the Kennington Oval.

Taking a dig at the World Cup where the winner was decided on the count of number of boundaries hit, a Twitter user posted a tweet that said, “The series count is in: Australia: 348 England: 305 Australia officially win the #Ashes series on boundaries #ENGvAUS

Former New Zealand cricketer Scott Styris retweeted it with the caption, “Dont get ahead of yourself. Still got the super over to get through first
