Women’s World T20: India women face arch rivals Pakistan in a high voltage game

India women beat New Zealand in their first match of the tournament.

India and Pakistan will clash in a high voltage match of the Women's World T20 2018

The 5th match of the ICC Women’s World T20 2018 will see arch rivals India and Pakistan face-off in the group B clash.

Pakistan is coming off a big loss against Australia women whereas India is coming off an equally impressive win over New Zealand women. Pakistan was no match for the three-time champions Australia as Alyssa Healy’s whirlwind 48 at the top blew the Pakistani bowlers away. Their batswomen were no match for the audacity of their Aussie counterparts.

India rode high on the Harmanpreet’s first ever century in T20Is by any Indian batswoman and the spirit of the Indian spinners which did well on the slow Providence pitch. Harmanpreet, who is also the skipper of the Indian team will love to apply the same formula against their neighbors.

Both the team have very good spinners and the difference will be made by the batting of the teams in what is expected to be a high voltage encounter.
