Bowling coach Vasbert Drakes reckons "sky is the limit" to where Jason Holder's men can reach with their courage and determination, while playing for the West Indies.

Vasbert believes that this emergence of a four-pronged pace attack will pave way for Caribbean's resurgence at the highest level, as it already puts "fear in opposition hearts".

"The sky is the limit for this side as they continue to grow. The guys understand the legacy of West Indies cricket and they want to continue to inspire the next generation of cricketers to play the game," he was quoted saying by ESPNcricinfo, "The guys are playing really good cricket. I'm really proud as an ex-West Indies cricketer. All kudos to the players."

"We're really looking forward to playing in St Lucia. It reminds me of the wickets that were prepared for us, the West Indians, in the '70s and '80s. That's the environment we're trying to create. The objective is to make sure we have pace."

The quartet of Shannon Gabriel, Kemar Roach, Alzarri Joseph and skipper Holder himself has led the way in inflicting major batting collapses versus England, who are now 2-0 down in the three-match Test series after twin hammerings at Barbados and Antigua.

"Kemar Roach has really started to mature as a bowler and Shannon Gabriel has the X-factor for us. I'm really excited to be part of this squad where we continue to put fear in opposition hearts," Drakes further said.

"I wouldn't use the words so strong to say 'intimidate with pace' but when you have pace, as someone who played the game as a fast bowler, it gives you a little more option of being able to outfox the batters."

The third and final Test match kickstarts at the Darren Sammy stadium on February 9.
