Women's T20WC 2020: Cricket fraternity praises Indian team for their 18-run win over Bangladesh

Indian team posted their second win in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup against Bangladesh on Monday (February 24) as the "Women in Blue" handed their opponents an 18-run loss at W.A.C.A. Ground in Perth.

After being put in to bat, India posted a total of 142 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their quota of 20 overs and restricted Bangladesh to 124/8 in their 20 overs. Leg-spinner Poonam Yadav claimed three wickets for just 18 runs in her 4 overs with Shikha Pandey and Arundhati Reddy picking up two wickets each.

The Indian cricket fraternity lauded Harmanpreet Kaur and Co. for yet another convincing win in their second match of the on-going ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
