South Africa lost to India in the fourth ODI at Port Elizabeth by  73 runs. In the process, all dreams of the Proteas equalling the series were also dashed. The Indian team did not have a great day on the field as there were some let-offs. However, there was one gem of a catch from Hardik Pandya who earlier scored a duck with the bat and was unfortunately dismissed for a duck.

Taking this catch however, he filled in for his lack of runs with the bat. Besides the catch, he was economical with the ball as well. 30 runs from 9 overs and two key wickets in the form of AB de Villiers and JP Duminy meant that he did more than a good job for his team in the match.

Pandya catch dismissed Tabraiz Shamsi who skied the ball between long-off and long-on. Neither Shikhar Dhawan nor Pandya called, which almost result in a collision. However, Dhawan held back a step as Pandya has stuck out his hand to take a one-handed catch. He then smiled, saying "that was mine".

Earlier, Rohit Sharma's 17th ODI century ended a run of low scores in South Africa. In 19 previous innings across both Tests and one-day internationals, his previous highest score was 47 and he had scored only 249 runs at an average of 13.11.

He said he had ensured that he stayed in a good frame of mind despite not making big scores.

"I have been enjoying South Africa. It's a good place to play cricket. I knew I didn't have to change a lot and the runs would come," he said.

A 73-run win over the Proteas ensured India their first ever series victory on South African soil across all formats.

Here is the video of Pandya's one-handed stunner.
