No matter how ferocious and challenging cricket gets, the sportsmanship of the game never fades away. The so-called 'gentleman' game tag gets justified by the cricketers every now and then.

We saw it something like that happen in the fourth ODI between India and South Africa when Virat Kohli won applause from fans. The Indian skipper was going against the Proteas and South African bowlers were trying their hardest to stop him.

South Africa got an opportunity which they didn't want to miss. It was in Morne Morkel's over, when the Indian stalwart mistimed a shot and almost gave away his wicket.

Morkel bowled a short delivery and Kohli tried to play his favorite flick. the ball however took the edge and went up in the air. Morne Morkel dived full length on to his right in his follow-through. But it wasn't enough as his hands couldn’t get under the ball and Kohli survived the scare.

While doing so, Morkel hurt himself and then Kohli showed his kind side. He went up to Morkel and asked if he is ok or not and talked to him for a bit.
