Indian Test specialist Murali Vijay has come out praising the duo of Kohli and Rahane after the duo designed a comfortable victory at Durban thus giving India just the right start in the ODI series.

The duo shared a stunning 189-run stand for the third wicket, as the dashing right-hander has scored 112 in 119 balls with 10 fours; while, Rahane scored 79 off 86 balls, to pave the way for India to successfully seal the first ODI and took a 1-0 lead in the series in South Africa.

The superb show by Kohli and Rahane has been enjoyed and appreciated by everyone on the field as well as, on the social media. Indian Test specialist –Murali Vijay also hailed both players for their outstanding show and their match-winning partnership at the Kingsmead Oval.

Though, Vijay returned to the country after Test series, but the opener is keeping a close eye on the actions in the Rainbow Nation, where the Men in Blue are busy in playing limited-overs’ series.
