South African pace spearhead –Dale Steyn is currently out of action after sustaining an ankle injury during the Freedom Series opener in Cape Town against India.

It was Steyn’s first Test appearance since November 2016, when the fast bowler injured his shoulder while playing against Australia.

Steyn left many heartbroken after he ruled himself out of the Test series, however recently he came back to Twitter for a conversation with his fans.

Recently, the pacer had enjoyed some wonderful time with his fans during the Q/A session on Twitter. A fan served a brain puzzling question to Steyn, asking him to pick his favorite bowler from the current crop. Syen was quick enough to respond to his question as he picked all the current South African pacers as his answer. All of them have troubled Indian batsmen in the current series and have played a huge role in their series win over their rivals.

He replied, “Easy. Morkel, Rabada, Philander, Ngidi and Ben Laughlin. Maybe a few others too, Archer, he’s good.”

The fellow South African bowlers have not allowed the team to miss Steyn's absence in the series. The bowlers together have given India a torrid time so far in the series and .Ngidi and Morkel especially have been the pick of the bowlers using their height to perfection to trouble the Indian batsmen.

Certainly, the South African pace battery including Steyn makes a formidable bowling attack at home and away.
