Sky Sports host David Fulton was forced to issue an apology after commentator and former South African captain Graeme Smith used the word 'b******ing' twice in the live match at 9.12 am. During South Africa vs Australia, Smith had used foul language after Kesav Maharaj's attempt to clear the ropes had almost cost him his wicket.

South Africa were playing on 323 for 8. With AB de Villiers standing on the other end with an unbeaten ton, Maharaj heave across the line to Nathan Lyon was uncalled for. He was caught on the boundary by Usman Khawaja but fortunately, the ball was called a no-ball.

The attempt by Maharaj left Smith fuming as he commented,  "Maharaj will be getting a b*****king for that from AB de Villiers. He's got away with it but he'll still be getting a b*****king."

Talking about De Villiers' innings. The Proteas ace batsman scored his 22nd Test century and remained unbeaten.

On the Sunday morning’s play, South Africa added 118 runs to their overnight total of 264/7 and were eventually bowled out for 382 to take a 139 run lead. The former South Africa skipper received an applause from opposition players as he walked back.
