After an unexpected and disappointing Test series defeat, South Africa will seek to return to winning ways when they take on Sri Lanka in the first of five ODIs at The Wanderers in Johannesburg tomorrow.

It is last ODI series for South Africa before ICC Cricket World Cup so they'll prepare to keep an eye on this tournament and might rotate a few players to give them enough opportunities to seal their spots for World Cup. Hashim Amla is rested and Reeza Hendricks will open with Quinton de Kock.

In middle order, Faf du Plessis, David Miller, and Rassie van der Dussen will take responsibility. Andile Phehlukwayo and Dwaine Pretorius or Wiaan Mulder may play the finishers' role. The return of Lungi Ngidi will make bowling line up stronger and newcomer Anrich Nortje is also in good form along with Dale Steyn, Kagiso Rabada and Imran Tahir.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka have been struggling in this format for a long time and they have made 9 changes for this series and will look to settle their side as soon as possible and the Test series win will give them a lot of confidence and even if they put up a good fight with both bat and ball it'll be a good outing for this Sri Lankan side.
