Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been declared fit after a back injury ruled him out of the ongoing Test series in England. The fast bowler has been added to the India A squad for the Quadrangular series, where he will play the side's last match against South Africa A to decide who takes the 3rd place after both sides were knocked out of contention.
India have been hampered by the loss of Bhuvneshwar Kumar with both bat and ball in the Tests, as he was expected to lead the attack in helpful conditions and offer support to the batsmen with his gritty batting.
Bhuvneshwar suffered the injury during the ODI series decider, which India lost. With him finally regaining fitness, it will be interesting to see whether India would consider calling him up for the Final Test at The Oval. India's next assignment will be the Asia Cup, starting September 15 in UAE.
