Sarfraz Ahmed, Captain of the Pakistan Cricket Team, is unhappy despite white-washing Australia in the three-match T20 International series, saying nobody appreciates their performance against the strong side.

With defeating Australia in the third and final T20I, Pakistan has registered its 10th consecutive T20I series win But the captain is unhappy with the fact that their efforts are not being appreciated and nobody is ready to believe that his team has defeated the big teams in the last few years.

Speaking at SAMAA TV program Sports Action, Sarfraz said on Sunday (October 28), “We have been performing well but no one agrees. It would be nice if we are appreciated for once. We have been playing well and will try to whitewash the Australian side.”

While lauding his bowlers for their brilliant show in the T20I series against Australia, Sarfraz said the credit of the victories goes to the entire team.

Sarfraz signed off by saying, “I never took complete credit for the team’s wins. Imad Wasim has made an amazing comeback and Shaheen Afridi has also bowled splendidly. Mohammad Abbas is outstanding, but we are using him in the Test format at the moment.”
